Fayez Ameer is a qualified academician and finance professional with over 7.5 years of experience spanning teaching, accounting, and taxation. He holds an M.Com degree from IGNOU, has cleared the UGC-NET examination, and has completed CMA Intermediate from ICAI — a testament to his deep command over financial and accounting subjects.
He is currently serving as an Assistant Professor at PPTM Arts and Science College. Previously, he served as an Assistant Professor at Amal College of Advanced Studies, Nilambur. His experience as a Subject Matter Expert with Chegg India allowed him to resolve complex Accounting and Finance queries for students from the USA and Canada.
Beyond academics, Fayez brings real industry experience that sets him apart from most teachers. He has worked as an Accounts & Finance Manager at SRM Sands & Blue Metals, where he handled day-to-day accounting, costing, GST, MIS reporting, and provided financial consultation to management. He has also served as an Accountant at Eranad Hallmarking Centre Pvt. Ltd. and HillTop Bakery Production Unit, handling GST filing, payroll, cost sheets, price fixation, and cash management. Additionally, he has worked as an Audit Assistant at ASKAR ALI PC & Co., Cost Accountants, gaining hands-on exposure to audit processes and reconciliation.
This combination of classroom teaching and real-world accounting experience means he doesn't just teach theory — he teaches Accountancy the way it actually works in practice.
